I think somebody's gon' be in big big trouble.

I woke up this morning and there was No Big People! There's 'posed to be somebody here if Mommy has to go away for a while.

Who's gon' make me lunch? I got some cereal for breafest and only made a little bit of a mess, but I'm not 'posed to use the stove or anything.

Very nice lady, yes. But Isabel... that man... he's not a nice man. At least, not where I come from.

He's not? But he's been very nice and he said he would come take care of me.

Yes, I'm sure he did, but I don't think you can trust him.

I already told him where I am.

I'll be there shortly, stay inside, alright?

Maybe I should go out in the woods.

Never at you, Isabel. Only at myself for not watching after things closer.

Because he's from my world and you're my friend.

But 'Mana? I think he's hungry too.

That's what he says, it can happen when one... it can happen.

Should we make him some lunch too?

We may have to.

I don't mind. He's telling me the truth, 'Mana, about never being not nice to me.

I'm sure he was, but it's best not to depend on it too much.

[A big sigh.]

All right, 'Mana.

We can talk more about it when you're... older again.

[That gets laughter]

'Mana! I'm not going to be old for a long time!

Children grow up fast, here in the City.
