Rain's taking advantage of a bit of a break in the clouds to dance on the roof top. It's sunny and she's happy and the Library loves her and all she wants to do is express her joy. her words come out in almost a song, straight from the heart and all a-whimsy.

Rain does wander everywhere,

Anything pretty. And bright. I want it to be warm and bright and happy. I got one of those packages of wildflower seeds before and planted those, 'cause they're so pretty.
